Knowing the key factors of livestock ownership inspection (brands and branding) as well as the many different facets of owning livestock including lease arrangements, share arrangements or maybe owning a percentage of cattle in a feedlot. These situations are commonplace these days. It is my goal to ensure you know exactly what you are getting yourself into by being your third-party independant verifier.  If you're a loan officer I want you to rest assured your collateral is accounted for and under the agreed ownership of your client. If you're an investor I will insure it is still just that.....an investment! If your livestock is gone, so is your collateral/investment, with no chance of recovery in many instances.

In this new age livestock can move fast and far. I am familiar with how cattle and horses are moved throughout the US and Canada and the inspection processes and verifications that would be needed as well as the records of those movements.
